What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

We ship to most countries worldwide and offer FREE shipping for orders over $49.00 USD in our store.

 

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

How long will delivery take?

Some countries have shorter shipping times than others depending on where and how far from our logistic partners’ warehouse you are located. It takes around 1-2 days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

Once your products are shipped, arrival times are as follows:

Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan: 5-10 Business Days

US, UK & Canada, Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands, and Germany: 10-20 Business Days

Other Western European Countries: 15-25 Business Days

Other countries: 15-30 Business Days

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you want to cancel your order, please let us know by contacting our customer support within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wait longer than 24 hours to cancel an order, it may already have been processed and shipped.

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Based on information provided by our shipping partners, custom fees and duty can most likely be avoided in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and countries in the European Union. Countries that are not listed here will have to be verified with our shipping agent. We try our best to help you minimize custom fees and taxes as far as possible.

 

How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking code to update and show information about your delivery.
